Wheel Deals – Dealer Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation of motorcycle dealerships (“Dealer”) on the Wheel Deals platform (“Platform”). By signing up, the Dealer agrees to the following:
1. Eligibility & Verification
Dealers must provide accurate business details (company name, registration, contact information).
Wheel Deals reserves the right to verify dealer legitimacy before approval.
False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
2. Use of the Platform
Dealers may only list, promote, or respond with motorcycles and related products.
All listings and responses must be truthful, accurate, and updated regularly.
Dealers are responsible for ensuring that motorcycles offered comply with South African laws, licensing, and roadworthiness standards.
3. Request-a-Bike Leads
Buyer requests submitted through the Platform will be shared with verified dealers.
Dealers agree to respond promptly and professionally.
Only genuine offers matching the buyer’s request may be submitted.
4. Sales & Finance Responsibility
Dealers remain fully responsible for concluding sales contracts, financing, aftersales, and warranties directly with the buyer.
Wheel Deals may offer optional finance support to buyers; dealers remain free to use their own finance providers.
5. Dealer Conduct
Dealers must act fairly and in good faith toward all buyers.
No harassment, misrepresentation, or attempts to bypass the Platform’s processes will be tolerated.
Any attempt to mislead buyers or engage in fraudulent activity will result in termination.
6. Fees & Commission
Wheel Deals charges a R1,500 flat fee on every successful sale concluded through the Platform.
“Successful sale” means any transaction initiated through Wheel Deals, whether via the Request-a-Bike system, direct lead, or listing.
Dealers agree to settle the fee with Wheel Deals within 7 days of receiving payment from the buyer.
Failure to report or settle fees may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
Wheel Deals reserves the right to update commission rates with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wheel Deals acts only as a platform to connect buyers and dealers.
Wheel Deals is not a party to sales transactions and accepts no liability for disputes, defects, or losses arising from sales.
Dealers indemnify Wheel Deals against claims related to their listings, sales, or conduct.
8. Termination
Dealers may terminate their participation with 30 days’ written notice.
Wheel Deals may suspend or terminate a Dealer’s access immediately for breach of these Terms.
9. Privacy & Data
Dealer information may be used by Wheel Deals to operate the Platform and promote listings.
Dealers must comply with the POPIA Act regarding customer data received through the Platform.
10. General
Wheel Deals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
By signing up, the Dealer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the R1,500 success fee on all sales through Wheel Deals.
